Sam Hynd of Nova Centurian has just returned from a very successful training camp in Florida where he has been preparing for the upcoming Olympic Trials.

At the weekend Sam was back competing in the pool at the Nottinghamshire County Championships where he did not disappoint. In the 100m IM Sam lowered his pb in the SM8 category by 1.5 seconds setting a new British, European and World Short Course Record (subject to ratification). This is an amazing achievement and means that Sam holds 4 World Short Course Records in total.
