Northampton Swimming Club athlete Myles Crouch-Anderson has been selected to represent GBR at the European Youth Olympics in Finland in July.
The Aquatics team for this multi-sport event is made up of 8 male and 7 female swimmers. The qualifying meet was the British Championships in March 2009 and the athletes were nominated by British Swimming to the British Olympic Association so it was extremely tough to make the team.
Northampton’s Director of Swimming Jacquie Marshall has been selected as Head Coach for the aquatics team.
Myles Crouch-Anderson will be the 4th swimmer to make his International Debut this season for Northampton. He will be following in the footsteps of Ben Green and Georgina McManus who have just returned from the British Swimming French Open Water Camp and Competitions and Charlotte Bell who will be competing at the European Junior Championships in Prague in early July.
