A Performance Swim Clinic is taking place on the 24th May 2008 at City School, Lincoln from 2-4pm.
The course will cover all four strokes, starts, turns and finishes as well as providing water time for all swimmers. Flexibility and mental aspects of sport will also be included and the day will close with a question and answer session.
