Description:               Belper Marlin Swimming Club are affiliated to Derbyshire ASA

                                    with over 160 members of all ages and abilities

 

                                    In 2003 the Club was awarded swim21 teaching accreditation

                                    and is currently working towards Development Status

 

                                    This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated, energetic

                                    individual to work closely with an enthusiastic Chief Coach and

                                    dynamic Committee to drive the club forward

 

The Assistant Coach will have primary coaching responsibility for the Club’s disability, masters and junior squad swimmers. Under

the supervision and mentorship of the Chief Coach, you will play

an active role in program and swimmer development.

 

The Assistant Coach will work with the Chief Coach on administrative duties, including training and pool scheduling, vacation cover, meet schedules and team selection
