Can you swim for 30 minutes?

• The T-30 Challenge Postal Swim is a competition to determine who can swim the greatest distance in 30 minutes.
  
• You can swim your choice of stroke.
  
• The event is open to everyone aged 18-84 years old
  
• The T-30 Challenge Postal Swim is an individual and team competition and is open to members and non-members of the ASA
  
• This is a National competition and the results will be published
  
• There are prizes for all entrants
