As the National Governing body for Swimming, Diving, Water Polo, Synchronised Swimming and Open Water, we at the Amatuer Swimming Association aim to provide the best help and appropriate opportunities to all those who wish to participate in swimming in whatever capacity they choose, whether it be as athletes, coaches, teachers, officials or volunteers. 

Opportunities, organisations, competitions and even qualifications relating to disability swimming have considerably changes and the ASA East Midland Region and National Disability Sports Organisations are constantly striving to increase the opportunities for disabled people to take part in the UK's most popular indoor sport.
